Aiwa Flowers — Social Media Automation Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Aiwa Flowers (“we”, “us”) handles data when our application uses Google and YouTube APIs to publish Aiwa Flowers’ own marketing content to Aiwa Flowers’ own social media channels. It supplements our general Privacy Policy.

Scope

This covers the “Aiwa Flowers” application (“the App”) that we operate to publish videos (YouTube Shorts) and related marketing content to Aiwa Flowers’ own YouTube channel.

Information we access from Google

When an authorized Aiwa Flowers operator connects our YouTube channel, the App requests these Google/YouTube API permissions:

• Manage your YouTube videos (youtube.upload) — to upload our marketing videos to our own channel.
• View your YouTube account (youtube.readonly) — to identify the connected channel and confirm uploads.
• Your Google account email (userinfo.email) — to identify the connecting account.

How we use this information

We use these permissions solely to upload and manage Aiwa Flowers’ own marketing videos on Aiwa Flowers’ own YouTube channel. We do not access, collect, or process data belonging to any other users or channels.

Storage and security

The OAuth credentials (a refresh token) that authorize the App are stored securely on Aiwa Flowers’ own systems and are used only for the uploads described above. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with third parties.

Limited Use disclosure

Aiwa Flowers’ use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data retention and deletion

We retain the OAuth token only while the automated-posting feature is in use. Access can be revoked at any time from the connected Google Account’s security settings (Third-party access with account access), which immediately terminates the App’s access. To request deletion, contact us below.
